Moshe is a U.S. Patent Attorney, a member of the New York Bar, and is registered to practice before both the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and the Israel Patent Office (ILPO).

 

He brings extensive experience in drafting and prosecuting design and utility patent applications across a wide range of technologies in the United States and worldwide. His practice also includes filing and managing trademark applications in the U.S., Israel, and international jurisdictions.​

Practicing patent law since 2007, Moshe has served as the Managing Partner of Patshegen IP since 2016. Over the years, he has supported hundreds of clients from around the globe with their intellectual property needs in both the U.S. and Israel.
